History
With over 30 locations, evergreen North America was formed in June 2016 when The Sterling Group purchased Evergreen Industrial Serices (EIS) and North American Industrial
Services (NAIS) to create a national footprint capable of supporting its customers throughout the U.S.
1994
NAIS was founding in 1994 by Frank and Tim Ziilka. Like EIS, NAIS grew from a startup to a large regional provider servicing power generation, paper, mining, refinery, petrochemical, and industrial clients in the Northeast, Midwest, Southeast, and Western regions of the U.S.
2000
EIS was founded in 2000 by Jon Hodges and grew from a startup to a large, regional provider. EIS services many of the largest refineries, petrochemical facilities, and power generation plants along the Gulf Coast.
2015
In January 2015, EIS acquired GEM Mobile Treament Services to expand its services to include vapor combustion, vapor scrubbing, thermal oxidation, water treatment, and custom engineered customer solutions.
2016
After achieving success as regional industrial services entrepreneurs, Jon Hodges (EIS) along with Frank and Tim Zilka (NAIS), realized they could better serve their clients by combining their businesses to provide the scale and industrial service capabilities their growing customer base was demanding.
