Tim Tarrillion has more than 40 years of experience in managing and growing small-to-medium sized businesses in a range of industries and was previously named "Entrepreneur of the Year" in the Houston area by Inc. Magazine while with one of those companies. He has led companies as CEO, COO, and CFO and has expertise in growth strategies, operational/financial budgeting, mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, accessing capital from public and private sources, and mentoring/development of effective management teams.

Most recently, Mr. Tarrillion is acting as an independent advisor to small and medium sized, private companies, focusing on growth strategies, profitability improvement, cash management and building strong management teams.  Previously in his career, Mr. Tarrillion was a co-founder and COO of EnClean, Inc., a $100+ million revenue company in the industrial cleaning and environmental services sectors with 1,500 employees and 40 locations throughout the United States.  In his career Mr. Tarrillion has managed companies in the environmental technology, engineering services, pipeline rehabilitation, construction, intermodal transportation, warehousing and industrial services sectors. 

Mr. Tarrillion has a Masters of Chemical Engineering from Rice University and an MBA from Harvard University. He is a native Texan, born in San Antonio, and has lived more than 50 years in Houston, Texas. He has been married for 44 years and has three daughters and seven grandchildren. He is active in his church and has previously served on and led the boards of local private schools and other charitable organizations.
